How many times have you bought kitchen gadgets advertised to you as what could make life easier only to get it and realize it’s just a waste of money. Right here are my personal picks from the hot new products that really works from the recent 2011 international home and house ware shows.

• Bunn my café single-serve pod coffee brewer: These serves to major needs of mine. A single good cup of coffee on demand and an environmental responsible coffee pad. This helps you so you don’t waste coffee in the sense that sometimes when you brew a pot of coffee, you could feel compelled to drink every last drop. But with single-server coffee help your consumption. Using this machine the whole process takes less than a minutes. It can also be used to brew tea and water for hot chocolate.

• Frieling layer cake slicing kit: This is a German product and has been around for a while now, but to me is till new and it can be described as a God sent for anyone who bakes tortes. With these tool no more dividing sponge cake batter into seven or eight cake pans. Now it can be baked into one pan and cut into layers. Inside the kits is a slicing mold with slots for eight layers.

• The smart baker cheat apron and towel: these 100% cotton towel comes in red or white features cup to ounce to the to-tablespoon-to-teaspoon conversion. The instructions are double screened and touted not to wash out.

• Welcome home brand paper bake ware: This product is one of my favorites. The collection comes in cupcake size all the way up to angel food size; loaf pan and many more. With these products you can bake, serve, store, gift and freeze them. You wouldn’t need to greese before or wash after baking. They are recyclable, oven safe to 400 degrees an still stiff enough to place directly on the oven rack without using a sheet pan. You need just peel off the paper off when you are ready to serve.

• IsI twist n sparkle: This gadgets use a co2 cartridge to carbonate almost any liquid. So now you can make no sugar added carbonated fruit drinks, mocktails, ice cream sodas, cocktails and many more without using carbonated water.

• Cat cora wooden utensils: Most of our grandparents loved using wooden utensils in the kitchen. I personally also like using wooden utensils. They are very affordable and can be purchased either in a set or separately.

• Herb saver: This enables you keep fresh herbs longer at room temperature for up to 2weeks.

• Stress less collection: This is a collection of line of tools designed to ease kitchen tasks. These collection includes pizzas cutter, cheese grater, garlic press and pepper mill.

• Joseph Joseph stretch trivet: This is able to accommodate several hot pots at a time. Its made from silicone nylon and its heat resistant up to 640 degree with no heat transfer to wooden table top. It folds into a neat packet when not in use.

• The smart baker cup cake and treat stands. Have you ever been a victim of the disaster of a flimsy wire cup cake stand? Not anymore with this smart baker which comes in 2,-3,-4 tiers sizes and different styles either squares, round or flowers. The interlocking pieces are made of solid, ¼-inch pyc material fits firmly. So no more collapses. The 3 tiers can hold a 23 standard size cup cakes.
